$50 payable at the beginning of each term, this fee will go towards covering some of the program costs. (This fee is separate from the missions)

This year the Internship will have three streams available. Youth, Young Adults & Kids.

A large part of the Internship will involve contributing towards one of these three ministries. 

The internship program runs all day Tuesday (10:30am till 5pm).

Youth Stream also includes: Friday night (5pm till 10pm) as well as one weekend service (either Saturday 5pm, Sunday 9am, 10:30am or 5pm).

Kids Stream also includes: One weekend service (either Saturday 5pm, Sunday 9am, 10:30am) as well as any special kids events.

Young Adults Stream also includes: Thursday night (6pm till 10pm) as well as Church on Sunday 5pm and additional young adult events.

*Please note these times may be flexible so if you have some clashes with other commitments please let us know so that we can work out a solution for you.

The Internship is a 1 year program that runs during the school term.

The Streams (Youth, Kids & Young Adults) are ministries where Interns will get leadership opportunities and practical hands on ministry opportunities.

Tuesday is the main day for development sessions and mentoring.

Depending on the Interns Stream they’ll get the opportunity to contribute to their stream this will include leadership opportunities and practical hands on ministry experience.

The mission’s trip costs are dependent on duration and location of the trip. It’s recommended that Interns prepare to have 3k to 4k available by November 2025 to pay for the trip.

Yes, the Internship culminates with an end of year ministry trip to one of our C3 Churches across the world. The past few years the Interns have traveled to Indonesia. This trip normally happens late November or early December.

The Youth Stream involves attending Friday night & Weekend youth during the school term, helping high schoolers in growing in their faith. Also helping out at bigger youth events such as Youth Camp and Youth Conferences.

The Young Adult Streams involves attending Sunday 5pm during the school term, contributing to the ministry area and also includes being involved in our regular red frogs ministry in universities. Also helping out at bigger YA events such as YA nights.

The Kids Stream involves attending Weekend Church during the school term, helping kids in growing in their faith. It Also helping out at bigger kids events such as Kids Conferences and Team Meetings.

The Interns will be paired up with a well regarded member of C3 Church Ryde who shares similar interest / works in the vocation that the intern feels drawn to. This member will listen to and also input into the life of the Intern.

Jono Andrews oversees the program under the guidance of the Senior Ministers of C3 Church Ryde. Our Youth Pastors, are also highly involved in the happenings of the Interns. 

A broad range of people with different life skills will be inputting into the internship. People such as the staff and pastors of C3 Church Ryde and members of C3 Church Ryde succesful in their vocations. 

Internship Plus is optional and is available for those Interns who want to contribute more than just one day. They’ll get the opportunity to partner with some team and get a behind the scenes look at C3 Church Ryde.
